In 2023, NIIRA Educom successfully conducted an internship program focused on documentary filmmaking in Kanker for HDFC Bank's UDYOGlNl initiative. This initiative aimed at empowering women and uplifting backward communities through skill development and financial inclusion. I actively participated in shooting. editing. and storytelling. capturing inspiring narratives of resilience and transformation. The project provided hands-on experience in field production and social impact storytelling, contributing to a powerful documentary that highlighted the progress of women in Kanker.
